Strong & Beautiful (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website strongnbeautiful.com and the Strong & Beautiful platform (the “Service”) — a women’s health platform focused on perimenopause and menopause care. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have. We are committed to handling your data — including sensitive health information — responsibly and in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and applicable data-protection laws.
The Service is operated by Strong & Beautiful, 159 CST Rd, Santa Cruz East, Mumbai 400 098, India.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your name, mobile number, email address, and password.
- Health information you provide: answers to our menopause/perimenopause health assessment, and any health details you share during consultations. This is collected only with your explicit consent.
- Booking & consultation data: appointments, session type, the coach/specialist assigned, session notes, and Google Meet links.
- Payment information: processed by our payment provider (Razorpay). We do not store your full card or bank details on our servers.
- Technical & usage data: device, browser, and usage analytics to operate and improve the Service.
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and authenticate you (including one-time passcodes by SMS).
- To provide the health assessment and to schedule and deliver your consultations.
- To send you transactional communications — verification codes, password resets, booking confirmations, meeting links, and session reschedule/cancellation notices. These are service messages related to your use of the Service.
- To process payments and issue invoices.
- To maintain the security of, and to improve, the Service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Consent
We collect and process your personal data — and, in particular, your health information — on the basis of your explicit consent, which you provide when you sign up and when you begin the assessment or a consultation. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see “Your rights”); withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out and may limit our ability to provide the Service.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only:
- With the coaches and specialists delivering your care.
- With service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract:
- Twilio — SMS delivery (verification codes)
- Twilio SendGrid — transactional email delivery
- Google (Workspace / Meet) — video consultations and calendar
- Razorpay — payment processing
- PostHog — product analytics
- Google Cloud Platform — secure hosting (data hosted in India, Mumbai region)
- When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
5. Data security
We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, private database networking, and secrets management — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you of any breach as required by law.
6. Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, meet legal, tax, and medical-record obligations, and resolve disputes. When no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erase your data / request deletion of your account.
- Withdraw consent for processing (including health-data processing).
- Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer.

8. Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service, and privacy-respecting analytics (PostHog) to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
9. Children
The Service is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you.
